30-Day Return Policy
We hope you will love your selection. If for any reason you wish to send it back, we accept returns of unused items within 30 days of receipt of the package.
How It Works
- 1 Returns will be credited to the original credit card, or a store credit will be given
- 2 Gifts can only be exchanged for store credit
- 3 The merchandise amount will be refunded, excluding shipping charges
- 4 Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement
Non-Returnable Items
Import merchandise, special-order merchandise, sale items, and personalized items are not returnable. Please take special care when giving instructions for special orders and personalization.
For returns on Anna Weatherley, Lynn Chase, J.L. Coquet, and Raynaud products, a 20% restocking fee will apply.

- Insure the package for full value
