Shipping Policy
Standard Shipping
We ship purchases via UPS Ground Service. Please allow 6–8 business days from the date of order confirmation for delivery of in-stock items. If an item is out of stock or there is any other cause for delay, we will notify you by email with an estimated delivery time.
Shipping Details
- Flat rate shipping: $12.95
- We ship to the 48 continental United States only
- All shipments are fully insured
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes
Please note: We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or Monday. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST on Friday will be processed and shipped the following Tuesday. Some items from select manufacturers may be stored at a separate location and require additional processing time.
Express Shipping
Need your order sooner? Call us at 1-704-334-5040 to request a rush order. We offer:
- Next Day Express — orders must be placed before 4:00 PM EST
- Two Day Express — pricing provided at time of order

Oversized Items
Furniture, rugs, and other large items may incur a delivery surcharge due to their size and weight. We will notify you by email of any additional charges before processing.
Damaged Goods
Please inspect all items upon arrival. If you discover any shipping damage, retain all original packing materials and cartons and contact us immediately at 1-704-334-5040. We will arrange a replacement and provide you with the value to report to the carrier.
